Purchase Order	Purchase Order in the Inbound module allows to record and keep track of your company's purchase orders. By keeping track of your purchase orders, you will know when the items are due to be received.
Advance Shipping Notice	Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) or inbound booking is a notification of pending deliveries, similar to a packing list. Biztrak ASN is designed to capture any form of early notification of deliveries to better prepare warehouse operator in their planning as well as expedite goods receiving process upon arrival of shipment.
Receive	Receive module is where Biztrak WMS facilitates a receiving process of warehouse. This is where Tally Form, Goods Received Note, Good Variance Note, Pallet/ Carton Barcode Labels and similar documents can be printed. It is quite common Goods Receiving process is accomplished by Barcode scanner, Biztrak WMS Receive module is made to be ready to integrate with any form of integration.

Outbound

Order	Biztrak WMS Order module is where an Order of shipment or delivery is entered. User can make a stock allocation, plan delivery by route, by size of orders, expected delivery date, customer type and so on. Biztrak WMS Order module is made to be ready to integrate with third party application via Web API or importing data via text file format defined.
Picking	In Biztrak WMS, we consider Picking as a transfer process which warehouse operator will be given an instruction to pick product from point A and put into point B accordingly. Picking process can be effectively configured to pick by various algorithm subject to warehouse setting, item category, delivery destination and etc. User can make a combined or batch picking to combine multiple orders in a batch to reduce the required number of picking trips. Combined Picking	Combined picking allows user to combine multiple orders in a batch to reduce the required number of picking trips. These batches can be defined according to several factors, according to the needs of your operation requirements by Order Source Type, Maximum Order Per Pick, Transport Agent, State Code, etc.
Packing	The Packing module allows packer to pack multiple orders’ items in one packing. Packer can print out shipping label, delivery note and sales invoice once the packing process is completed. Also, Packer can print packing list report which including of total cartons per order and the packed items in the individual carton.
Issue	Similarly to Receive, Issue module facilitates the process of issuing goods from a warehouse. Biztrak WMS is built with strong tracing capability, user will be able to trace When and Where a particular item with specific Serial number or Batch number (or Lot number) has been delivered. The delivery of product is often considered successful if the delivery person has secured a Proof of Delivery or POD. Biztrak Issue module is complete with a Proof of Delivery function to manage the POD of every single delivery.
Issue	Shipment module allows user to combine multiple deliveries into a shipment if shipping point and route are same for all deliveries. This module supports delivering all items on the multiple orders at one time by the same truck to different destination. While combining delivery with different delivery date, these deliveries should have common loading date if departure points are same.

Transfer	Transfer module enables one to track physical location transfer such as bin transfer and warehouse transfer. Besides, a user can make use of our transfer wizard to make logical attribute changes such as changing of lot number, serial number, item variant, production and expiry date, pallet number and item status.
Ownership Transfer	As a system that designed to work in third party warehousing environment, Biztrak WMS is equipped with a function that enable a user to change the ownership of a product from one party to another party.
Pick Face Replenishment	A Pick Face is a pallet slot which specifically assigned for fast movement picking. Pick Face is usually located at the ground level which is reachable by Order Picker without any material handling equipment (MHE) like forklift. In order to ensure Pick Face is always filled with stock as it needed, a regular replenishment process is recommended. Biztrak Pick Face Replenishment is designed to help the warehouse operator to select right product and replenish into a pick face accordingly.
Cycle Count	Cycle counting is proven to be a very effective methodology to ensure inventory accuracy. Biztrak Cycle Count is designed to facilitate Cycle Counting process.
Bin Put-away Allocation	The Bin Put-away Allocation Suggestion allows system to suggest available bin for new incoming goods receive according to the item group or bin storage type, i.e air conditioner room, ambient room, chilled room, etc. The bin put-away bin sequence can be predefined by user so that system can suggest the bin code Suggestion according to availability and putaway sequences required.

User Defined Fields	Already Biztrak WMS comes with comprehensive fields in the document header and detail level, but there are times where user definable fields are needed. In Biztrak WMS, as user of the software, you are given the capability of adding unlimited customized fields in any of your module. Besides, you can specify the data type which you need; it can be plain text, numeric and etc. Not only that, you are also allowed to make your user defined field as a lookup input field, which means, you can define your own master file for user input. This feature empowers our user with more tracking capability without software customization from us.
Security & Access Traceability	Being a multi-user application, without comprehensive System Access Control and Traceability can be disastrous for a warehouse business. The control of access to each screen and function is in the hands of the system administrator. In example, he or she has even the ability to allow or disallow a user to add records but not delete them. System Access Control is originally designed to mitigate the risk of information sabotage. However, honest mistakes do happen, hence, traceability of user activities is highly essential. With the ability of traceability, mistakes are usually can be easily corrected or damage can be mitigated.

Kitting

Kitting module is a crucial component in warehouse management systems (WMS). It is a feature that allows users to group and assemble individual items or components into a single kit or package. It also enables users to specify the components and quantities needed for the kit.

This feature saves time and effort that would otherwise be spent locating and gathering individual items, which is especially useful in high order volume or complex assembly environments. The default number of batch will always be one if user does not specify any. There are two sections in this wizard requires user’s input. Header: a. Warehouse Code [Linked from Warehouse Profile] b. Generate Issue (Item Components) – Work Order Module (New) User can proceed to generate issue from header after done the allocation and posted the work order. If there is discrepancy between Order Quantity and Allocated Quantity, system will prompt a confirmation dialogue for user to decide whether append the shortage of the item component into new line or just ignore it.
Issue Module	1.Generate Receive (Finished Foods) – Issue Module (New) When system detects the selected issue is generated from work order module, user can click on the [Generate Receive] function to create Receive transaction with the relevant finished goods according to the item components quantity(s) that has been issued.
