Set your own learning pace with the “How Do I” instructions and “Getting To Know” information using advanced interactive training methods. Alternatively, type the word to locate every occurrence of a word or phrase that may be contained in a help topic. To aid in your search, you can even have the word highlighted in the selected topics.
Virtual Closing & Flexible Accounting Periods	Run the Income Statement, Balance Sheet or any reports for any range of dates any time without the need for a period-end closing exercise. Biztrak’s real time online system is programmed to update all relevant books by single point entry
Easy Sort & Filter	You can easily sort and re-sort your information by simply clicking on a particular column heading. You can even specify sort columns from the sort icon at the sheet bar, which allows user to do multiple sorting. eBridge (Import & Export)	A middleware solution that facilitates the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solution to bridge the information gap between various financial and business management applications. It features the exchange of data in multiple formats and in a bi-directional manner, elasticity in communication, different batch modes structured in both an attended and unattended manner for rationalised processing of data.
Multi-Currency	Automatic exchange rate conversions for foreign currencies. User can maintain foreign exchange rate to more than 4 decimal places.
Multi-Language	The system will be multi-language enabled. The system will first be deployed with English as default, and subsequently other languages such as Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia will be added in stages.

SYSTEM MANAGER

Features	Descriptions
Security Access Control	Controls access by company, branch, module, screen or action such as edit, delete or print.
Security System Setting	Allows control of access by company, branch, function, module, screen and even specific tasks like add/delete/email/print. Access log and user defined auto log-out are also available. User can choose to lock all transactions, specific transactions or a range of transactions with specific dates to prevent the transactions from being accidentally modified, deleted, or tampered with.
Option to Lock Transaction	Options to lock all or selected transaction likes Sales Order, Sale Quotations and Purchase Orders to prevent any unauthorized modifications or deletions.
Audit Trail	GL Audit Trail lists all the posting and modification to the transactions. It provides you with the information on the posting dates, the posting time and the user who posted, modified or deleted the transactions.

GENERAL LEDGER

Chart of Account (COA)	Available of a number of industry-specific templates for quick start-up. Supports up to nine (9) levels of COA in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), suitable for divisional, departmental, projects and other sub-account structures. The relational database management system eliminates the need for segmented account codes. All 9 levels can be viewed and printed in a tree-view format for clear representation of the relationship. COA can be restructured at any time to reflect dynamic business requirements without the need to delete or re-enter existing transactions. Account codes, descriptions and linkages can be changed freely, without worrying about the impact on existing transactions.
Analysis Codes	Up to nine (9) levels of analysis provided on top of the multi-level COA, making it easy for user to allocate expenses etc. to divisions, departments or any classifications. User can make use of analysis codes for more comprehensive report and analysis.
Branch Accounting	Supports unlimited branches with separate branch accounts and financial reporting likes Income Statements, Balance Sheets, other reports.
GL Reports	You can generate General Ledger reports like Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, General Ledger Details or summary over the period you specified.
Journals	Allow generation of journals with foreign currency and taxes. Each line of account has its own remarks. All inputs are validated for balanced entries.
Recurring GL	Allow set-up and generation of recurring journals.

Recurring & Bulk Billing (coming soon)	Create a schedule of recurring billings for transactions that recur frequently. Once your relevant recurring schedules are set up, you can produce invoices with just a click of the “Generate” button. This feature saves you much data-entry time. A Bulk Billing allows the bulk creation of invoices for several jobs all at once, optimising the billing process.
Inquiry	Quick inquiry to check customer historical transactions by specifying the Date (From: To). This inquiry allows user to retrieve more than twelve (12) financial periods. Ability to filter and show ONLY outstanding invoices with overdue collection days.
Sales Reports	Sales Reports provide customer ledger, aging reports and sales report that lists the quantity of items sold including of the sales value.
Credit Limit/ Terms Control	You can set a credit limit or terms for each customer. This function allows you to manage credit for each customer by setting a credit limit and restrictions.

Recurring Payment	Create a schedule of recurring payments for transactions that recur frequently. Once your relevant recurring schedules are set up, you can produce payments vouchers with just a click of the “Generate” button. This feature saves you much data-entry time.
Cheque and Telegraphic Transfer No.	User can create running number for Cheque and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in each bank at Bank Information program.
Bank Reconciliation	Prepares bank reconciliation by bank account and currency. Any missing journals (deposits or withdrawals) can be entered directly through bank reconciliation program whenever detected. All date presented is updated directly to the original records for easy reference.
Cash Management Reports	Cash Management reports provides you with the information on the in – and out- transaction you carry out from your bank accounts. The reports also include information on whom you make payments to and customers who have made payments to you.

FIXED ASSET

Features	Descriptions
User-Defined Assets Category	Categorize assets into Motor Vehicle, Office Equipment or in whatever way you want. Create your own categories, as you want them to appear in your Balance Sheet.
Depreciation Methods	Choose from straight-line, reducing balance or none (for non-depreciating assets). All depreciation is calculated automatically and inserted into General Ledger on the dates defined by you.
Asset Register	One-stop venue for any asset information, whether purchase cost, depreciation method, and disposal values; even the periodic depreciations are updated to the register.
Disposal	Select the assets to be disposed and the system will calculate any gain/loss on disposal, even as at the disposal date.
Fixed Asset Reports	Fixed Asset reports provide you with information on your fixed assets, including of depreciation for the period you specified and the net book value after depreciation.

TAX MANAGEMENT
