Prepare final accounts and financial statements

Course Outline:

Admin: User, Company, and Profile;

Setup: Chart of Account (Load From Template), Analysis, Credit Terms, Unit of Measure, Currency Setup, Fiscal Period, Party Setup, System Parameter, Item Code, Document No, and Lock/Unlock Transaction;

General Ledger: Chart of Account (Load From Template), General Journal, Trial Balance Opening Balance, and General Ledger Inquiry;

Sales: Sales Quotation/Contract, Sales Order, Delivery Order, Sales Invoice, Sales Invoice (Account), Account Receivable (AR) Debit Note, AR Credit Note, AR Historical Invoice, AR Historical Receipt, Customer Ledger Inquiry, Recurring Billing, and Sales Report;

Purchase: Purchase Quotation, Purchase Order, Goods Received Note, Vendor Invoice, Vendor Invoice (Account), Account Payable (AP) Debit Note, AP Credit Note, AP Historical Invoice, AP Historical Payment, AP Historical Transactions, Vendor Ledger Inquiry, and Purchase Report;

General Ledger: Chart of Account (Load From Template), General Journal, Trial Balance Opening Balance, and General Ledger Inquiry;

Cash Management: Cash Receipt, Cash Payment, Invoice/ DN Apply, Bank Reconciliation, Historical Unpresented Cheque, and Cash Management Report;

Tax Management: Tax Detail, Tax Schedule, Tariff Code, Tax Return Period, Tax Submission Report - SST02 (Malaysia) Setup, Tax Reconciliation, Tax Reconciled, and Tax Report;

Fixed Asset: Purchase New Fixed Asset (Cash), Fixed Asset Register, Fixed Asset Disposal, Existing Fixed Asset, Fixed Asset Depreciation Record, Depreciation Journal, and Fixed Asset Report.
