Need to appoint a representative to manage your tax matters? Follow this simple step-by-step guide to get it done through the MyTax portal:
Step 1: Log In to MyTax
Visit https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/ and log in to your MyTax account.
Step 2: Access Your Individual Profile
Once logged in, click on "Individual" on the dashboard.
Step 3: Select Your Company
Under the "Directors of the company" section, select the company for which you'd like to appoint a representative.
Step 4: Update Role & Access Profile
After selecting the role, click on the "Profile" tab to proceed.
Step 5: Appoint a Representative
Go to "Appointment of Representative", select "Identification Card No." as the ID type, enter the representative’s IC number, and click "Submit".
Step 6: Confirmation & Status
Once submitted, a confirmation notice will appear. You’ll also see the representative’s details and appointment status displayed at the bottom of the page
