New WEB API Integration is designed on top of the Biztrak MSB application to allow third party system‘s daily financial transactions to be posted to Biztrak MSB application without any human intervention processes. It covers:

iv. Company Name

v. Duration

vi. Transaction Type {related to uploaded data from source}

The WEB API Daily Import Data Posting Listing Report which available in Biztrak MSB application in GL Report option provides user to retrieve the information related to the error occurred during auto integration of financial transactions. The report consists of:

v. Trx Date

The enhanced Biztrak Security application allows administrator to set up user access role for the following programs.

1. Customer selection cannot be displayed in following AR Reports: (ST-00013597)

D. Inventory, Sales & Purchase

1. “Tax Schedule” selected in Sales Order and Purchase Order transactions' header tab cannot be auto linked to item line in Detail tab. (ST-00013603)

2. System prompts error message "Error [10119] SQL Error Information:- SQLDBCODE : 2 -Data truncated . " when user clicks on “Generate” button in GST Audit File program. This error occurs if user has updated new company number more than 20 digits in Company Information program. (ST-00013605)

3. System prompts error message "Error [10119] SQL Error Information:- SQLDBCODE : 2 -Data truncated . " when user prints Purchase Quotation/Contract Business Form. This error occurs if user has updated new company number more than 20 digits in Company Information program. (ST-00013610)

4. System prompts error message "Error [10119] SQL Error Information:- SQLDBCODE : 2 -Data truncated . " when user prints Sales Order Listing. This error occurs if user enters “Remarks” field more than 40 characters in Sales Order program. (ST-00013645)
