Release of Biztrak MSB 17.0 Service Pack 3 (17.0.3.0)

We are excited to announce the release of Biztrak MSB 17.0 (17.0.3.0), featuring our new Biztrak MSB 17 Edition with e-Invoicing Module, available starting Feb 25, 2025. You can download the installation files and documentation from this link.

New and Enhanced Features:

(A) Financial

1. Transaction Listing (Enhancement)

The "e-Invoice Mode" and "e-Invoice Status" fields have been newly added to the Query Criteria and List screen, allowing transactions to be filtered based on the selected criteria for the following Transaction Listing screens:

• AR Sales Invoice

• AR Debit Note

• AR Credit Note

• AP Vendor Invoice

• AP Debit Note

• AP Credit Note

• CM - Cash Receipt

• CM - Cash Payment

2. Party List (Enhancement)

The enhanced Party List Maintenance screen now includes a "Search TIN" function. This feature automatically updates the TIN when the user enters either the new Business Registration Number in the General tab or the NRIC number in the Contact tab

(B) Inventory, Sales & Purchase

1. Transaction Listing (Enhancement)

(C) E-Pay

1. Alliance Bank Berhad (MFBB) (New)

The Alliance Bank Berhad (MFBB) option is now available in the ePay module. This feature allows users to extract MFBB-related payment entries, including Cash Payment and Invoice Payment transactions, and generate an ePayment file. Users can then submit or upload this file to their bank’s portal for processing, enabling the bank to facilitate payments to the designated payees as specified in the ePayment file.

2. OCBC Bank Berhad (OCBCM) (Enhancement)

The enhanced OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (OCBC) ePay function now generates an OCBC ePay TXT file that retrieves the Business Registration Number from the Party List under the Contact tab, specifically from the ID field. Users must set the ID Indicator field to "Business Registration Number" and enter the old Business Registration Number in the ID field.
