1. Intercompany Billing (New)

The new Intercompany Billing function provides an easy way to track and issue AR Debit Note based on the “Payment on behalf” or “Purchase on behalf” transactions, and auto create AP Debit Note transactions within the same Biztrak Database in Biztrak MSB application.

Intercompany master setting includes:

• System Parameter

• Intercompany Party

• Intercompany Account Mapping

User can create “Payment on behalf” transactions in:

• CM - Cash Payment

Also, “Purchase on behalf” transactions in:

• AP - Vendor Invoice

• Purc - Vendor Invoice

The back-to-back billing or reversing of “Payment on behalf” or “Purchase on behalf” transactions can be created in:

• AR - Debit Note

And within the SAME Biztrak Database, the AR Debit Note transaction can be auto posted to intercompany:

• AP - Debit Note

This Intercompany Billing function includes two (2) new reports which are situated under AR Report:

• AR Intercompany Debit Note Listing

This report lists in detail all back-to-back billing or reversing of “Payment on behalf” or “Purchase on behalf” transactions over the specified period of time.

• Payment/Purchase on Behalf Transaction Listing(by Status)

The report allows you to track if back-to-back billing or reversing of “Payment on behalf” or “Purchase on behalf” transactions are generated.

(C) Inventory, Sales & Purchase

1. Import Serial Number Function (Enhancement)

The enhanced Create Serial Number window allows user to import serial number information via new “Import” button, instead of generate via wizard or manual entry.

This “Import” button should appear in the following programs:

• Goods Received Note in Purc Module

• Vendor Invoice in Purc Module

• Sales Returns in Sales Module

• Item Received in IN Module

• Item Adjustment in IN Module

The import file format supported in Tab Delimited Format (*.txt) and the import file fields cover:

• Item Code

• Serial Number

• Bin Location

• Date

• GRN No

• Unit Cost
