Release of Biztrak MSB 16.0 Service Pack#5 (16.0.5.0)

We are pleased to release our all-new Biztrak MSB 16.0 Service Pack#5 (16.0.5.0) with the following new and enhanced features:

New and Enhanced Features:

(A) ePay

1. Public Bank Berhad (Enhancement)

The enhanced Public Bank Berhad (PBBE) with excel file format (*.XLS) labeled as "PB Electronic Credit Payment 1.2" is available in ePay module. This enhanced program allows user to extract PBBE related payment entries (entries in Cash Payment and Invoice Payment) and generate them into a 'ePayment' file, which user can submit or upload it to their banker's portal for the bank to process and make payments to the payees as stated in the ePayment file.

User can now select either new format "PB Electronic Credit Payment 1.2" or existing format "PB Electronic Card Payment" in "Chart of Account > Bank Detail" segment.

(B) Inventory, Sales & Purchase

1. Sales Invoice List (Enhancement)

The enhanced Sales Invoice Listing report now includes the "Salesperson name" field. This enhancement allows users to retrieve and export the report, inclusive of the "Salesperson name" field, in both text file and Excel formats.

Biztrak What Have Been Fixed:

(A) Setup Wizard

1. System prompts an error message with the code "SQLDBCODE: -2" when user selects the "Company" option within the Setup Wizard program. (ST- 00014507)

(B) Financial

1. System prompts an error message " SQLDBCODE: -193" when user create AP Vendor Invoice transaction with tax using the NEW FROM function. (ST- 00014487)
