Reporting directly to Finance Manager, you will provide accounting & administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day accounting and administrative activities
- Able to handle full set of accounts – AP, AR, GL, Taxation
- Prepare cheques , payment vouchers, bank reconciliation and assisting month end closing
- Prepares schedules, reports and financial statements
- Supplies information and documentation to auditors
- Assist in audit and annual closing submission for tax submission
- Verifies the completeness and accuracy of documentation
- Maintain proper internal control system and corporate governance and legal compliance with local authorities
- Ad-hoc duties assign from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience in handling accounting activities
- Diploma or Degree in business/finance/accountancy, or higher education level
- Meticulous and having an eye for detail and accuracy
- Independent, hardworking, honest, possess problem-solving skills
- People and service oriented with strong team player
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Accounting software
- Own transport
- Immediate joiner would be best

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software solution.
- Contribute to the full cycle of software development.
- Design technical code structure and Database based on requirement (Depends on experience).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- 1-3 years of working experience in .NET development, MVC Architecture, MySQL/MS SQL Server.
- Experience in PowerBuilder and Sybase development will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with SDLC and understand design documentation.
- Individual that is optimistic, good initiative, passionate, strives to achieve more as a team.
- Experience in financial and accounting solutions will be an added advantage.
