With Malaysia's nationwide e-Invoice rollout in progress, staying compliant and efficient is key. To make it easier for users to maintain accurate customer data, we’ve introduced a new feature in the Party List maintenance screen that allows you to upload and read MyInvois Taxpayer QR Codes for customer or vendor.
A new “Taxpayer QR” button has been added under Party List > Customer or Vendor, enabling you to upload a QR code image (in PNG format) that you’ve downloaded from the MyInvois portal.
This enhancement helps you auto-populate essential taxpayer information, ensuring accuracy and saving time during customer record setup.
User can download their Taxpayer QR Code from the MyInvois portal:

The downloaded file will typically be in PNG format and can now be directly uploaded into Biztrak.
Once the QR code is uploaded, the system will automatically populate the following fields:
