What’s New in Biztrak MSB Edition 17.0 Service Pack 4?

A new “Taxpayer QR” button has been added under Party List > Customer or Vendor, enabling you to upload a QR code image (in PNG format) that you’ve downloaded from the MyInvois portal.

This enhancement helps you auto-populate essential taxpayer information, ensuring accuracy and saving time during customer record setup.

Where to Get the QR Code?

User can download their Taxpayer QR Code from the MyInvois portal:

Path:

MyInvois Portal > View Taxpayer Profile > Profile > General Information

The downloaded file will typically be in PNG format and can now be directly uploaded into Biztrak.

What Happens After Upload?

Once the QR code is uploaded, the system will automatically populate the following fields:

Company Name

Tax Identification Number (TIN)

ID Type (ID Indicator)

ID Number (e.g., Company Registration No.)

SST Registration Number

Email Address

Contact Number

Tourism Tax Registration No.

MSIC Code

Business Activity Description (English)

Address Lines 1–3

Postal Zone

City, State, and Country Code

This eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures consistency with what’s registered in the MyInvois system.

Applicable to New & Existing Records

For existing customers or vendors open the respective record and click the Taxpayer QR button to upload the QR code. A new contact record will be created automatically. Ensure that the Default Contact Type is set to Both or Billing before saving.

For new customer or vendor entries, make sure to assign a Party Code and select the appropriate Party Type before saving the record.
