Biztrak MSB Edition 15.0 Service Pack #7EBF#1 (15.0.7.1)

We are pleased to release our all-new Biztrak MSB Edition 15 Service Pack #7EBF#1 (15.0.7.1) with the following new and enhance features:

New and Enhanced Features:

(A) Setup

• Same “Invoice No” can be generated in AR Sales Invoice or Sales Invoice. This issue happen if user reset the “Last No” field in “Preset Document No Maintenance” in Customized Form Format program, Setup module. (ST-00013731)

(B) Inventory, Sales & Purchase

• System prompts error message " Error: 6 - Invalid Datawindow row/column specified" when user re-open the Purchase Returns transaction in Purc module. This error message occurs if user selects the “Replacement” field as Yes in the Purchase Returns transaction’s Header tab. (ST-00013683)

• System prompts error message “Error [10119] SQL Error Information: SQLCODE : 0 SQLDBCODE : -195 SQLErr Text : Select error: SQLSTATE = 23000 [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere] Integrity constraint violation: column 'sth_document_date' in table 'stk_trx_hdr’ cannot be NULL” in Sales Returns transaction if user clicks DN icon to apply the returns base on Delivery Note transaction. • System prompts error message “Error [10119] SQL Error Information: SQLCODE : 0 SQLDBCODE : -195 SQLErr Text : Select error: SQLSTATE = 23000 [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere] Integrity constraint violation: column 'sth_document_date' in table 'stk_trx_hdr’ cannot be NULL” in Sales Replacement transaction when user clicks OK button to save the transaction. (C) ePay

• System prompts error message Error [10119] SQL Error Information: SQLCODE : 0 SQLDBCODE : 186 SQLErr Text : Select error: SQLSTATE = 37000 [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere] Syntax error or access violation: subquery cannot return more than one result.” if user changes “Date From” and “Date To” fields in Generate HLBB ePay File program in ePay module. This issue occurs if more than one vendor bank account numbers have been setup in Party List program. (ST-00013741)

(D) Security

• System prompts error message “Registration information is not valid" when user logs in to Biztrak Security application. This issue will only occur in Biztrak MSB Edition 15.0 Service Pack 7. (ST-00013743)
