Release of Biztrak MSB 17.0 Service Pack 4 (17.0.4.0)

We are excited to announce the release of Biztrak MSB 17.0 Service Pack 4 (17.0.4.0), featuring enhanced features in Setup, Financial, E-Invoice and Pay modules, available starting July 29, 2025. You can download the installation files and documentation from this link.

(A) Setup

1. Party List (Enhancement)

A new "Taxpayer QR" button has been added to the Party List maintenance, allowing users to upload a QR code image (in PNG format) downloaded from the MyInvois portal under User Tax Profile > General Information. Once uploaded, the system will automatically populate the following fields:

• Company Name

• TIN

• ID Type (ID Indicator)

• ID Number (Company Registration No.)

• SST

• Email

• Contact Number

• Tourism Tax Registration No.

• MSIC

• Business Activity Description (EN)

• Address Lines 1 to 3

• Postal Zone

• City, State, Country Code

This enhancement supports both new and existing Party List records. For new entries, users must first specify a Party Code before saving the record.

(B) Financial

1. Cash Receipt with e-Invoice Mode option: Conso e-Invoice (Enhancement)

• Introduced a new e-Invoice Mode option: Consolidated e-Invoice.

• The Cash Receipt transactions with e-Invoice Mode: Conso e-Invoice will be linked to the Submit Consolidated e-Invoice program for submission.

2. Cash Payment with e-Invoice Mode option: Self-billed e-Invoice (Enhancement)

• Introduced a new e-Invoice Mode option: Self-billed e-Invoice.

• The Cash Payment Receipt transactions with e-Invoice Mode: Self-billed e-Invoice will be linked to the Submit e-Invoice program for submission.

3. Auto Selection of Previously Retrieved Record in Customer Statement Report and Customer Statement (By Period) Report (Enhancement)

• Enhanced the system behavior where, after retrieving a report for a selected customer, the system would auto-highlight the previously selected customer record when the user re-clicked the "Selected Customer" radio button. The format row would also appear pre-highlighted (in black), reflecting the last used or default format.

• This behavior now ensures that the last retrieved customer remains highlighted, allowing users to more efficiently select and retrieve subsequent customer reports without re-navigating the list.

(C) e-Invoice

1. Submit e-Invoice (Enhancement)

• Users can now select Cash Payment transactions with e-Invoice Mode: Self-billed eInvoice for e-Invoice submission and integration.

2. Submit Consolidated e-Invoice (Enhancement)

• Users can now select Cash Receipt transactions with e-Invoice Mode: Conso e-Invoice for e-Invoice submission and integration.

• Only one transaction type per submission is allowed per submission batch—Cash Receipt and Cash Sales cannot be mixed in a single submission.

3. e-Invoice Submission Utility List (Enhancement)

• A new feature "Get QR (Local)" button is now available. This function allows users to re-generate the e-Invoice QR code directly at their local workstation, without retrieving it from the Biztrak server.

• This serves as an alternative solution for environments with strict LAN control, where sharing the QR image folder from the server to the workstation is restricted or not permitted.

• By using the "Get QR (Local)" option, users can still obtain the necessary QR code for e-Invoice business form printing, ensuring smooth operations without compromising on security policies.

(D) Epay

1. RHB Bank Berhad (Enhancement)

• Enhanced the RHB e-Payment function to support the RHB Reflex CSV File format, allowing the system to generate e-payment files in Comma-Separated Values (CSV) format for upload to RHB Reflex.
