The new Submit Consolidated e-Invoice program allowing users to select all Cash Sales transactions by Calendar Month and consolidate them into a single e-Invoice on a monthly basis.
3. Cancel e-Invoice (New)
The new Cancel e-Invoice program allows users to initiate cancellations for validated invoices within a strict 72-hour window from the current server date and time, compared to the validated date and time furnished by IRBM. This cancellation option applies to various e-Invoice types, encompassing Sales Invoices, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Refund Notes, as well as all Self-billed Invoices, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Refund Notes.
4. e-Invoice Inquiry (New)
The new e-Invoice Inquiry enables users to access all e-Invoice transactions including of Sales Invoices, Cash Sales (e-Invoice), Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Refund Notes, all Self-billed Invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, and Refund Notes. The e-Invoice status includes:
