

1. Director to log in and activate individual account on the Sandbox MyTax portal: https://preprod-mytax.hasil.gov.my/

2. Activate both the individual and company profiles under MyInvois (Prepod) portal at: https://preprod.myinvois.hasil.gov.my/

3. Appoint representatives by adding staff IC numbers under MyTax > Representative Appointment (you may appoint more than one).

4. Log in and activate your individual account on the Sandbox MyTax portal: https://preprod-mytax.hasil.gov.my/

5. Activate your individual profile under MyInvois (Prepod).
6. Under MyInvois (Prepod), click Switch Taxpayer, select the company name, and click Switch (first-time setup).
7. Director logs in to MyTax portal> MyInvois (Prepod), then select Invois > Select “View Taxpayer Profile” from the top-right. From Representative section, selects the staff name, and edits permission.
Important Note: The representatives will now have access to all or selectred functions available in the company’s MyInvois (Prepod) Portal (Sandbox Environment)
8. Director or Representative registers the ERP system under MyInvois (Prepod)> Representative > Register ERP (multiple entries allowed).

9. Director or Representative adds intermediaries under MyInvois (Prepod) > Representative > Add Intermediary (multiple entries allowed).

3. Appoint representatives by adding staff IC numbers under MyTax > Representative Appointment (you may appoint more than one).

4. (Optional) Log in to activate your individual account on the Production MyTax portal.
5. Activate your individual profile under MyInvois.
6. Under MyInvois, click Switch Taxpayer, select the company name, and click Switch (first-time setup).
